作为2024上海旅博会的集群展之一，这一酒店餐饮人的年度行业盛宴，凭借来自12大板块的3818家海内外精锐展商、40万平的展馆面积，创下了开展首日观众突破10万人的神话，并Zui终以专业观众283046人，同比增长15.43%的答卷再攀新高峰，其中海外观众更是以54.45%的幅度强劲增长至9275人。

Among them, the number of overseas visitors increased strongly by 54.45% to 9275.
