本届展会将全面升级12大食饮板块，并启动渠道选品大会、增设零售、电商类论坛，关注零售行业的巨大市场与潜力。同时，展会还将迎来FHC中国国际烹饪艺术比赛25周年生日，设立包含2024FHC澳洲红肉庖丁挑战赛在内的6项创新赛事，国际裁判助阵，全球数百名选手同台竞技。

1、规模升级，「食」力超群

2024年全年至2025年，已有16个酒店餐饮及食品系列全球展项目可供国内展商参与。

本次FHC上海环球食品展展出规模达200,000平方米，参展企业超过3000家，预计将吸引来自全球超过50个国家和地区的展团及展商，买家超过17万。

2、国际视野，全球商机

本届展会，来自意大利，美国，德国，英国，土耳其，捷克，日本，韩国，新加坡，泰国，越南，马来西亚，南非，澳大利亚，秘鲁，俄罗斯，奥地利，塞浦路斯，巴基斯坦，葡萄牙，瑞士，法国等国家及地区的展团及展商已确认入驻。

3、赛事，对决

今年的赛事精心划分为烹饪与轻餐两大热门类别，国内外数百名选手共赴FHC，其中，赛事FHC国际烹饪艺术比赛将迎来其25典。大赛也吸引了中国、亚洲、欧洲、美洲等国家和地区的厨师，他们将在这个国际舞台上一展身手，展现各自独特的烹饪技艺和创意。

现场还将设立2024FHC环球美食节主题展区，国内外厨师团队、米其林餐厅主厨等将根据参展商食材进行现场烹饪和展示，全方位展现食材特点及应用场景，为餐饮、食品加工等买家带来一场别开生面的交流盛会。

同时，FHC与澳洲牛羊肉行业共同联合主办的2024年FHC澳洲红肉庖丁挑战赛，作为FHC历史上举办的肉类分切竞技赛事，也将隆重登场。

4、渠道选品，促进贸易合作

本届FHC上海环球食品展特别推出了"2024FHC渠道选品大会"、增设了独立的买家专场，还特别设立了达人选品空间。

About Us

Jointly organized by the Shanghai Culinary Association and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs and Native Produce and the All-China Bakery Association, the FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show has been successfully held for 26 editions. Reflecting on the previous exhibition, delegations and exhibitors from over 30 countries and regions, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, and the United States, participated.
