HOTELEX Shanghai Exhibition opens today with glory, carrying more than 30 years of glory and expectations, preparing for a 400000 square meter industrial ecological exhibition, paying tribute to China's catering industry entering the era of five trillion yuan!

This exhibition is guided by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, co hosted by the China Tourism Association, the All China Baking Industry Association, the Shanghai Catering and Culinary Industry Association, and Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Co., Ltd., co hosted by the China Tourism Hotel Industry Association and Shanghai Bohua International Exhibition Co., Ltd., with the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce as a special support unit, the China Light Industry Enterprise Investment and Development Association, the China Canned Food Industry Association, the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Food, Soil and Livestock, the World Chinese Cuisine Federation, the China Cuisine Association, the Shanghai Chain Operation Association, the Shanghai Food Association, the Zhejiang Hotel Industry Association, the Jiangsu Catering Industry Association, the Shanghai Tourism Industry Association Hotel Branch, the Jiangsu Culinary Association, the Shandong Tourism Hotel Association, the Shenzhen Hotel Industry Association, and the Shenzhen Green Hotel Development Association. Promotion Association Nantong Hotel and Catering Industry Chamber of Commerce and Chengdu Catering Enterprise Federation serve as supporting units.

展会现场，嘉宾云集，人流如织。开幕典礼由上海博华国际展览有限公司常务副总经理范海燕女士主持，中国旅游协会副会长兼秘书长张润钢先生和英国英富曼集团董事会主席约翰·里斯顿先生分别发表致辞。随后，现场与会嘉宾在现场激昂的音乐声，阔步走上舞台，举行开幕点亮仪式，宣告2024HOTELEX上海展正式启动！

开幕礼成，领导嘉宾饶有兴致地开始了VIP巡馆之旅，对现场展商和活动比赛区域进行了参观走访，倾听企业发展诉求，了解产品创新特色，并叮嘱广大参展商要以此次展会为契机，加快酒店餐饮行业新质生产力的推进，为市场和消费者提供更加优质的产品和服务，为奋进的中guojiu店餐饮行业再添增长动能。同时也期待广大展商能在展会现场收获丰厚订单，满载而归。

At the exhibition site, guests gathered and the flow of people was overwhelming. The opening ceremony was presided over by Ms. Fan Haiyan, Executive Vice General Manager of Shanghai Bohua International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and speeches were delivered by Mr. Zhang Rungang, Vice President and Secretary General of China Tourism Association, and Mr. John Riston, Chairman of the Board of Directors of British Informa Group. Subsequently, the attending guests walked onto the stage with passionate music and held the opening lighting ceremony, announcing the official launch of the 2024 HOTELEX Shanghai exhibition!

The opening ceremony was completed, and the leaders and guests began their VIP tour with great interest. They visited the on-site exhibitors and activity competition areas, listened to the development demands of enterprises, understood the innovative features of products, and reminded the exhibitors to take this exhibition as an opportunity to accelerate the promotion of new productivity in the hotel and catering industry, provide better products and services for the market and consumers, and add growth momentum to the advancing Chinese hotel and catering industry.
