About Us

Jointly organized by the Shanghai Culinary Association and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs and Native Produce and the All-China Bakery Association, the FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show has been successfully held for 26 editions. Reflecting on the previous exhibition, delegations and exhibitors from over 30 countries and regions, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, and the United States, participated. The show attracted professional visitors from various fields such as food, hotels, catering, fresh produce, coffee, bakery, beverages, prepared foods, bars, clubs, supermarkets, retail, and franchise chains. This robust participation brought substantial confidence and momentum to the continuous and stable development of the food and catering industry.

第二十六届FHC上海环球食品展在上海新国际博览中心圆满收官!展会由上海市餐饮烹饪行业协会与上海博华国际展览有限公司、中国食品土畜进出口商会与全联烘焙业公会联合主办，为期三天，来自全球30个国家和地区的参展商及展团，行业大咖和买家相聚于此，以展、会、赛、集市活动相结合的丰富形式，呈现了一场高品质食饮贸易盛会。

经济发展与饮食结构的变化，拉开了食品餐饮行业新一轮变革的序幕，同时也带来了新一轮的机遇与挑战。第二十七届FHC上海环球食品展将于金秋乘势归来，升级打造全新内容板块，链接海内外展团、展商，聚全球佳品，包罗高端赛事、前沿观点、趋势洞察，重塑产业格局，挖掘万亿商机。

一、推动食饮消费新时代

上届FHC上海环球食品展总展览面积达到170000平米，2500家来自全球各地的优质展商，携10万+特色展品，吸引了超过111个国家及地区的买家154850人，较2021年增长43.8%，较2019年多观众人数比例增长15.77%;其中海外观众4870人。

观众分别来自餐饮、商超及便利店、酒店、西餐及轻食、咖啡烘焙、茶饮、甜品、源头工厂、食材及供应链等经销商、代理商、采购商、服务供应商等行业细分领域。

FHC 2024将进行全面升级，丰富展示品类，积极链接商超零售、品牌连锁、折扣店、买手、社区团购等新兴业态，触达行业各领域买家，高效匹配商贸资源，共创一场高规格、高标准、高质量的精彩盛会。

二、全新升级12大展览板块

FHC 2023吸引了众多国内头部品牌，包括蒙牛、雨润、亿滋、梅林、荷美尔、益海嘉里、龙大、五丰、妙多、王力等，覆盖休闲食品、饮料、乳品、巧克力、预制菜、肉类及水产、烘焙等多个领域，全方位满足观众的商贸采购需求，国内、国际展商也对FHC给予了高度赞誉。

FHC 2024将全新升级为12大展览板块，包括肉类及水产品、休闲食品、乳制品、甜食及巧克力、餐饮供应链及食材、调味品及粮油、咖啡茶饮、烘焙轻餐、食品加工及包装、预制菜及中央厨房，以及新增的罐藏食品、火锅食材及用品两大板块，倾力打造覆盖全产业链的商贸平台，促交流，谋发展。

三、扩大国际合作互通

上届展会迎来了意大利、丹麦、日本、韩国、马来西亚、俄罗斯、泰国、英国、欧盟、比利时、土耳其、美国、西班牙、奥地利、德国、加拿大、澳大利亚、塞浦路斯、沙特阿拉伯等30个国家及地区的展团，400家国际厂商，约800参展品牌，跨越重洋，为寻求增长而来。

2023年12月1日，中国决定试行对法国、德国、意大利、荷兰、西班牙、马来西亚6个国家持普通护照人员单方面免签政策，2024年3月起中泰两国将互免签证。一系列利好政策出台，为各国人员往来、贸易合作注入强信心。FHC 2024将乘势而起，继续以国际化视角放眼全球，拓宽国际市场，促进海内外贸易交流，实现中外企业"双向奔赴"。

四、行业论坛指点迷津

FHC 2023举办了18场论坛峰会，涵盖行业趋势、本地生活、渠道建设、食品安全、包装设计、加盟投资等诸多从业者关心的热点议题。邀请到美食评论家董克平、喜姐炸串创始人王宽、食尚国味集团董事长尹江波、袁记云饺联合创始人郑伯奇、巴比馒头创始人刘会平等289位行业大咖学者莅临现场，吸引了4700+观众报名，在知识的分享与观点的碰撞中，洞察产业方向，为国内外观众在市场拓展等需求上，提供决策依据和对接渠道。
