2023年底，全球烘焙食品市场规模超过了4400亿美元。数据显示，中国烘焙食品行业市场规模预计保持10%左右的增长率，2025年市场规模将达3518亿元。而中国人均烘焙食品消费量仅为7.7千克，与欧美等烘焙食品消费主要国家（或地区）仍有较大差距。中国烘焙食品消费市场还有很大增量空间，市场消费需求旺盛。

在第二十六届FHC上海环球食品展上，来自全球30个国家及地区的展团及展商共赴食饮盛会，链接庞大的中国市场。其中不乏德国、法国、美国、欧盟、日本、澳大利亚等，其烘焙食品生产及消费份额在全球处于地位。

德国的面包文化冠绝全球，FHC德国展团带来了供应各大商超零售的手工面包、冷冻面团等，也包括乳制品、油脂（黄油）、奶酪等烘培原材料。日本展团则展出了更多令人耳目一新的包装烘焙食品、烘焙零食、饼干、日式糕点等。
