由上海市餐饮烹饪行业协会与上海博华国际展览有限公司共同主办、中国食品土畜进出口商会联合主办的第二十五届FHC上海环球食品展已于2023年11月10日在上海新国际博览中心圆满落下帷幕。

三天相会的时光匆匆，旧友欢聚、新友相识，食品餐饮界人士纷纷积极参与。本届FHC上海环球食品展及同期展会总面积达到20万平米，汇集了2,829家海内外展商。

FHC展会现场迎接到来自比利时、丹麦、法国、西班牙、德国、意大利、加拿大、美国、俄罗斯、日本、韩国、马来西亚、南非、巴西、奥地利、中国台湾等15个国家及地区的展团，超200家海外优质企业参展。

现场观众来自于食品、酒店、餐饮、生鲜、咖啡、烘焙、饮品、预制品、酒吧、会所、商超零售、加盟连锁等行业。虽然受限于疫情影响和进馆需要提供48小时核酸阴性证明等要求，但终究难挡“食饮人”的热情以及人们对美食发自内心的热爱，终到场的买家数量突破八万，共计87,025名！

在重重防疫关卡及中高风险地区行程受阻的情况下，依旧结出如此累累硕果，足以证明了这份数字背后的努力和彰显了展会品质的实力。更为重要的是，体现出食品及餐饮人对于整体行业的信心以及前进发展的动力！
