由全国工商业联合会烘焙业公会主办,上海博华国际展览有限公司/广州博泓国际展览有限公司承办的中国烘焙展览会创立于1997年,是中国烘焙行业展览会。初为”全国烘焙业原辅料及设备展示会暨中国国际烘焙甜食西餐材料及设备展览会”,先后于成都、北京、武汉、广州、上海等地巡回办展,多年来积累了行业的人脉资源。由于当时办展场馆限制了展会的迅速发展,所以自2003年第七届起确定每年5月在广州展馆举办,并于2005年第九届更改展会名称为”中国烘焙展览会”。自创办以来,历经20多年风雨,如今,中国烘焙展览会已成为国内大规模renqi的烘焙展览会,受到海内外广大烘焙同仁尤其是中国南部地区和东南亚地区烘焙业者的热切关注。

现每年5月定期于广州琶洲.展馆举办的”中国烘焙展览会(广州)”,参展展商覆盖了烘焙原辅材料、添加剂企业、烘焙机械设备、器具模具企业、烘焙包装设备及设计生产、食品冷链物流、餐饮管理培训服务等烘焙行业的整条产业链。


作为中国烘焙行业展览会,中国烘焙展览会首先提出在国内食品类展会按产品类别划分展览区域的思路,迈出了与国际接轨的步伐;而参展东盟展团规模的持续不断扩大,以及与国际华联烘焙总会建立的全方位密切合作,充分说明了中国烘焙展在国际烘焙领域巨大的影响力。
