2023年底，全球烘焙食品市场规模超过了4400亿美元。数据显示，中国烘焙食品行业市场规模预计保持10%左右的增长率，2025年市场规模将达3518亿元。而中国人均烘焙食品消费量仅为7.7千克，与欧美等烘焙食品消费主要国家（或地区）仍有较大差距。中国烘焙食品消费市场还有很大增量空间，市场消费需求旺盛。

在第二十六届FHC上海环球食品展上，来自全球30个国家及地区的展团及展商共赴食饮盛会，链接庞大的中国市场。其中不乏德国、法国、美国、欧盟、日本、澳大利亚等，其烘焙食品生产及消费份额在全球处于地位。

Jointly organized by the Shanghai Culinary Association and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs and Native Produce and the All-China Bakery Association, the FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show has been successfully held for 26 editions. Reflecting on the previous exhibition, delegations and exhibitors from over 30 countries and regions, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, and the United States, participated.
