食饮盛宴头部云集 引领产业风潮HOTELEX SHANGHAI

第三十三届上海国际酒店及餐饮业博览会作为上海市文化和旅游局“十四五” 期间重点打造的三大名片性活动之一——上海旅游产业博览会的重要组成部分，由上海博华国际展览有限公司和中国旅游饭店业协会主办，全联烘焙业公会、上海市餐饮烹饪行业协会联合主办，上海市文化和旅游局指导。

The 33rd Shanghai International Hotel and Catering Industry Expo, as one of the three key business card events created by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism during the 14th Five Year Plan period, is an important part of the Shanghai Tourism Industry Expo. It is hosted by Shanghai Bohua International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and the China Tourism Hotel Industry Association, jointly organized by the All China Baking Industry Association and the Shanghai Catering and Culinary Industry Association, and guided by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism.

作为酒店与餐饮行业最具影响力的盛会之一，HOTELEX上海展不断整合各方资源，引领行业趋势，打造一场具有全球视野，高质量，创新性的行业大展。

As one of the most influential events in the hotel and catering industry, HOTELEX Shanghai Exhibition continuously integrates various resources, leads industry trends, and creates a global perspective, high-quality, and innovative industry exhibition.

此次展会将汇聚来自全球的zhiming品牌、行业lingxiu和专业观众。2025年预计展会规模为40万平方米，吸引近30万位来自酒店餐饮、商超零售、休闲餐饮、食品饮料贸易、餐饮投资、旅游休闲等渠道的专业观众到场参观和进行商贸交流，展商数量预计超过3000家。

This exhibition will gather well-known brands, industry leaders, and professional visitors from around the world. The expected exhibition scale in 2025 is 400000 square meters, attracting nearly 300000 professional visitors from hotel catering, supermarket retail, leisure catering, food and beverage trade, catering investment, tourism and leisure channels to visit and engage in business exchanges. The number of exhibitors is expected to exceed 3000.

展品将更加全面的涵盖酒店与餐饮产业供应链各环节，包括厨房设备与用品、桌面用品、餐饮食材、食品综合、饮品综合、咖啡与茶、冰淇淋设备及原物料、烘焙原辅料及机械设备、酒类综合、食品餐饮包装、餐饮设计及配套、连锁加盟及连锁资源等12大板块，努力为全球餐企创造一个更为开放和高效的交流平台。

The exhibits will comprehensively cover all aspects of the hotel and catering industry supply chain, including kitchen equipment and supplies, desktop supplies, catering ingredients, food integration, beverage integration, coffee and tea, ice cream equipment and raw materials, baking raw materials and mechanical equipment, liquor integration, food and catering packaging, catering design and supporting facilities, chain franchising and chain resources, and other 12 major sections, striving to create a more open and efficient communication platform for global catering enterprises.

HOTELEX 上海展期间，还将举办近100场具备相当行业影响力的职业技能竞赛和高峰论坛，吸引数万从业人员到场参与。

During the HOTELEX Shanghai exhibition, nearly 100 vocational skills competitions and summit forums with considerable industry influence will also be held, attracting tens of thousands of practitioners to participate.
