The China Baking Exhibition is an international baking industry exhibition jointly organized by the Baking Industry Association of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce and Guangzhou Bohong International Exhibition Co., Ltd. It is the founder of the China Baking Industry Exhibition. After reaching a strategic cooperation with Infirmann Group in 2021, based on the resources of more than 20 years of deep cultivation in the baking industry through the China Baking Exhibition, we have integrated the advantageous market resources of large catering and food, and created a "baking+" ecosystem through offline exhibitions, large-scale summit forums, roadshows, and online cloud exhibitions and e-commerce projects, helping the global baking industry break down barriers, accelerate vertical deep excavation, and horizontal cross-border.

中国烘焙展览会是由中华全国工商业联合会烘焙业公会与广州博泓国际展览有限公司联合主办的国际性烘焙行业展览会，是中国烘焙行业展览会的开创者。2021年与英富曼集团达成战略合作后，在依托中国烘焙展览会深耕烘焙行业20余载的资源基础上，整合大餐饮、大食品优势市场资源，通过线下展览会、大型峰会论坛、路演活动以及线上云展电商等项目打造“烘焙+”生态圈，助力全球烘焙业打破壁垒，加速纵向深挖、横向跨界。
